Dr Friedman is extremely talented and we’re lucky to have such a great septoplasty/rhinoplasty Doctor in Philadelphia. I went to Dr Friedman for an ENT visit because years after my first rhinoplasty, I was having breathing issues. He was confident that he could fix my issues and give me the look I wanted. I was skeptical, but after viewing before and after images of his patients, I saw how top notch his work is. I also saw that he had worked on really complex and complicated cases and succeeded at helping his patients. My nose looks amazing, I’m so very happy with it. Additionally, the inside of my nose is the healthiest it has ever been. I had a closed septoplasty with cosmetic work. I was grateful that Dr Friedman was skilled enough to not have to open my nose or use rub cartilage (I didn’t want to use ear cartilage). I wish I had known about Dr Friedman years ago and went to him for my first surgery. I wouldn’t have needed him to fix someone else’s work. He’s kind, polite, smart!

Dr. Oren Friedman is a superb ENT and plastic surgeon in the Philadelphia region. His reputation as one of the best surgeons in all of Pennsylvania is well deserved. From the first consultation to the final post-op check-up, Dr. Friedman’s surgical skills, his dedication to his patients, and the care and attention that he and his staff give to each individual is nothing short of remarkable. I had visited three plastic surgeons prior to being referred to Dr. Friedman by a trusted transplant surgeon friend. I had a terrible accident and not only severely broke my nose, but also became very self-conscious with the deformities of my face. As soon as I met Dr. Friedman, he was incredibly thorough with analyzing the damage to my face and the loss of functionality to my nose, then advising me on what type of procedure was necessary. He operated on me the following day and I am breathing incredibly well, had such a short and easy recovery, and now have the gorgeous, supermodel nose that I’ve always wanted. I am very pleased with the results of the full trauma reconstruction and rhinoplasty surgery. I have never felt so safe, secure, and confident in his expertise and the entire experience was excellent. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family that need work done on their noses or want to cosmetically change the appearance of their nose. If you’re contemplating choosing the right surgeon, I promise you…no need to look any further. You’ve found yours.

Going into this surgery, I did a lot of research to find the perfect plastic surgeon to help me through my journey. I was recommended Dr. Oren Friedman by my NP and after doing research on him, I set up an appointment to meet him. When I met with him at the first appointment, he was very kind and knew what he was talking about. He wants the best for his patients and is extremely helpful throughout their cosmetic/medical journey. I had many questions and Dr. Friedman was very responsive and answered all of my questions throughly and expeditiously. On the day of the surgery, he made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was good hands. Post-surgery, Dr. Friedman called me to check in and see how I was doing; this continued a few days after surgery. What I liked about his follow-up routine was that he gave me his direct number which is very personable and well appreciated since he was willing to speak with me and easy to reach; any questions or concerns I had, he was a phone call away. My overall concern going into this was I wanted my nose to look natural and be able to breathe better. Dr. Friedman made sure I left the operation table looking my most-natural self and once the stents were out after the weekly follow-up visit, I can already breathe so much better. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Friedman and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon who will be helpful, reliable, and do a excellent job during their cosmetic/medical journey.

I had a septo/rhinoplasty procedure from Dr. Friedman and truly have had a fantastic experience so far. I pursued this mainly for cosmetic purposes. I had two other consultations prior to meeting with Dr.F and, while I am sure the other surgeons are competent, this was the clear choice. Dr. F was so thorough in examining not only the outside of my nose, but also the inside and the functionality of my airways. He let me know what was realistic and possible for my nose and breathing. The other surgeons I met with seemed to only focus on making my nose look “perfect.” Dr. F understood what I meant when I said I didn’t want my nose to be “too cutesy” and gave me a very natural and pretty result. I was so scared I would not recognize myself, but I feel totally like myself! As I am writing this, I am just over 1 month post-op and I had never had surgery prior to this procedure. I couldn't have asked for a smoother and kinder experience through this process, thanks to the staff as well. My recovery was not painful, just uncomfortable for the first week. I know there is still swelling in my nose and it will take several more months to heal fully, but I am very pleased with what I see and feel currently. Thanks Dr. Freidman!!!!
